About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Sales Assistant to join our Calvin Klein store at M Avenue in Morocco. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a personalised shopping experience and achieving sales targets in an assigned store.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with clients across all sales areas, providing a highly personalised approach.
- Meet set sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Stock, replenish and maintain clean sales areas.
- Process various types of payments accurately.
- Offer product guidance based on specialist knowledge of customer needs.
- Package goods professionally for customers.
- Handle customer complaints effectively.
- Monitor and update visual displays.
- Count and balance cash registers and receipts.
- Check inventory periodically, report discrepancies and inform staff of reorder requirements.
Required profile
- Fluent communication in English.
- Good organisational skills.
- Patient and well‑controlled when dealing with clients.
- Customer‑focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts as needed.
