Sales Development Representative

About the role

Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive lead generation and support regional sales teams in Casablanca. You will act as the primary sales contact for campaign‑generated leads and collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Managers across multiple territories.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary sales contact for campaign‑generated leads and follow up webinar attendees, event participants, digital campaign respondents, and partner‑driven leads.
• Ensure timely and consistent follow‑up across all territories while maintaining close alignment with the Marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Qualify leads, conduct targeted outbound prospecting, and generate discovery meetings for country Account Managers.
• Support account mapping, target account identification, and execution of regional sales plays and partner initiatives.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking in Salesforce, monitor conversion rates, and provide regular reporting on pipeline created and influenced.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Enterprise Software Sales or Channel Sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills; fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Additional European language skills (Spanish, Italian, French or German) are highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple countries, cultures and virtual teams.
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage leads, pipeline and customer interactions.
