Sales Executive – US Market (Entry‑Level)

About the role

Marcus Evans is seeking an entry‑level Sales Executive to develop new accounts and manage client relationships for its US Summits Division. Based in our new Rabat office, you will work with C‑level executives across multiple industries and receive mentorship from senior sales leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and prospect new leads for US market summits.
• Contact, qualify, and engage prospects through cold calling and messaging.
• Negotiate and close registrations with C‑level decision makers.
• Maintain organized records of sales activity and pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
• Represent the company and clients in delivering high‑quality event services.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• 1‑3 years of corporate sales or business development experience (advantageous).
• International experience through work or studies (advantageous).
• Collaborative mindset, high emotional intelligence, and strong teamwork.
• Goal‑oriented, driven to close new business.
• Effective pipeline management, research, time‑management and organizational skills.
• Coachability and passion for learning.
