About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead HYPEO’s sales efforts, targeting brands, agencies, media groups and enterprise clients. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, driving growth for our AI‑powered influencer marketing platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clients
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
  • Conduct product demos and presentations
  • Prepare tailored commercial proposals
  • Lead negotiations and close deals
  • Maintain CRM and sales reporting
  • Contribute to go‑to‑market strategy
  • Share market feedback with Product and Marketing teams

Required profile

  • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience
  • Background in SaaS, AI and influencer marketing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial, results‑driven mindset
