About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our growth initiatives across both new and existing markets. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue in targeted markets.
- Identify and recruit top sales talent in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
- Mentor and coach the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Required profile
- Motivated, well‑organized professional with a deep understanding of prospecting and relationship building.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
