Sales Manager

About the role

Speedaf, an integrated logistics provider operating across emerging markets, is expanding its sales team in Morocco. The company seeks motivated sales professionals to join one of three sales directions – Key Account, Telesales, or Field Sales – and help grow its express and LTL network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with large import/export enterprises, brand owners, multinational traders, or SME/e‑commerce clients depending on the assigned sales direction.
• Tailor logistics solutions, negotiate contracts, and drive framework agreement signing.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, maintain client retention, and increase shipping volume within the designated territory.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling (Telesales) or field visits (Field Sales) and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Collect market intelligence and provide timely feedback to improve service offerings.

Required profile

• Passionate about sales and motivated by clear income goals.
• Resilient, able to handle rejection and bounce back quickly.
• Hard‑working, willing to take on any task to support the team.
• Key Account: 5+ years of B2B sales, strong solution‑selling and negotiation skills; logistics or freight forwarding experience preferred.
• Telesales: 1+ year of telesales or customer‑service experience; clear communication and comfortable with high‑volume outbound calls.
• Field Sales: 1‑3 years of field or door‑to‑door sales; proactive, diligent, valid driver’s license.
