Sales Manager

About the role

OneClickDrive is seeking a full‑time Sales Manager to lead its sales operations in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The role is on‑site and focuses on driving revenue growth across the platform’s vehicle marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase marketplace transactions.
• Lead, coach, and set targets for a team of sales representatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers, dealerships, and partners.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimize conversion rates, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align campaigns with sales goals.
• Oversee accurate listing and pricing information and support supplier onboarding.
• Forecast sales, prepare reports, and identify new business opportunities in the region.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of proven sales leadership experience, preferably in automotive, mobility, or marketplace environments.
• Strong B2B relationship and account management background.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; French and/or Arabic are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Casablanca with a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
