Sales Manager (M/F)

About the role

LEONI is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to support market development, customer relationship management, and account planning within the automotive wiring systems sector. You will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring requirements are captured and opportunities are pursued.

Key responsibilities

• Provide market and competitor insights to support account plan development.
• Track customer requirements, RfQ pre‑conditions and project portfolios to identify new opportunities.
• Negotiate product changes, collect purchase orders and coordinate with sales support.
• Contribute to strategic business planning, propose margin‑improvement measures and negotiate them.
• Prepare documentation for volume/demand arbitration to optimise production costs (S&OP, MPS).
• Gather customer feedback, monitor improvement actions and escalations within LEONI.
• Identify and categorise customer claims together with relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or Industrial Management.
• 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development or Commercial Project Management.
• First exposure to B2B environments, preferably in industrial, automotive or manufacturing sectors.
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
