Sales Operation Associate

About the role

The Sales Operation Associate supports Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions sales team by ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company procedures. Acting as a bridge between customers, suppliers, and internal departments, this role helps maintain a smooth order‑to‑delivery flow.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review orders for pricing, quantities, shipping details, and product information.
• Enter and manage orders in the ERP system.
• Communicate order status, deliveries, invoices, and returns to customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and suppliers.
• Monitor open orders (backlog) and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve order discrepancies, invoice issues, and shipping problems.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Support quotation and order management activities when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Approximately 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, order management, or administration.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using an ERP system for order entry and management.
