Sales Operations Associate – English Speaker

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of Arrow Electronics Group, is seeking a Sales Operations Associate who is fluent in English to join its Casablanca team. In this role you will support the sales organisation by ensuring data accuracy, handling vendor interactions, and providing essential administrative assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, organise, and maintain customer, lead, and sales activity data in the CRM system.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the sales team.
• Manage vendor requests and resolve order‑related issues.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate across departments.

Required skills

• CRM (experience with any CRM platform).
