Sales Operations Associate

About the role

The Sales Operations Associate supports Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions sales team by ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will act as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal departments to guarantee a smooth sales process from order entry through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders promptly and verify pricing, quantities, shipping details, and product information.
• Enter and manage orders in the ERP system.
• Communicate order status, deliveries, invoices, and returns to customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor open orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Support quotation and order‑management activities when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Management or a related field (preferred).
• Approximately 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, order management or administration.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
