Sales Operations Associate

About the role

The Sales Operations Associate supports Arrow’s sales team by ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Acting as a bridge between customers, suppliers, and internal departments, the role guarantees a smooth sales process from order placement through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review orders for pricing, quantities, shipping details, and product information.
• Enter and manage orders in the ERP system.
• Communicate order status, deliveries, invoices, and returns to customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and suppliers.
• Monitor open orders (backlog) and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve order discrepancies, invoice issues, and shipping problems.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Support quotation and order management activities when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Management or a related field (preferred).
• Approximately 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, order management, administration or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP order‑management systems.
