Salesforce CRM Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce CRM Developer to design, develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple regions and business units. The role involves working closely with product owners, business analysts and stakeholders in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy high‑quality Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and Flows.
• Configure and enhance Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting and approval workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems via SOAP and RESTful APIs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications and deployment procedures.
• Perform unit testing, debugging and performance tuning to ensure reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards and promote best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL and triggers.
• Hands‑on experience with Lightning Web Components (2+ years) and Aura components.
• Practical experience with Salesforce CPQ and quote‑to‑cash processes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Preferred certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Administrator.
