SAP Ariba Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Manager SAP Ariba to lead our team of consultants in Casablanca, delivering end‑to‑end SAP Ariba solutions for clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of SAP Ariba consultants, providing direction and performance feedback.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of SAP Ariba projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients to analyse processes, gather requirements and design optimal SAP Ariba configurations.
• Design, configure and customise SAP Ariba solutions to meet client needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Stay current with SAP industry trends and best practices.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP Ariba, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven project‑management track record delivering successful SAP projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• SAP Ariba implementation and configuration.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM processes and SuccessFactors modules.
• Full‑cycle SAP Ariba project experience.
• Certification in SAP Ariba (preferred).
