Scheduling Manager (Full-time)

About the role

As a Scheduling Manager you will own the integrated project schedule for complex rail and infrastructure projects, ensuring milestones are met and resources are optimally allocated. You will work closely with offshore and on‑shore teams to keep the project on track and support decision‑making throughout the lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and control an integrated schedule covering engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Consolidate inputs from all disciplines, contractors and suppliers into a single master schedule.
• Monitor progress against the baseline, analyse variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare look‑ahead schedules and support short‑, medium‑ and long‑term planning.
• Coordinate schedule interfaces between offshore and on‑shore teams and ensure alignment across workstreams.
• Produce regular planning and progress reports, including milestone tracking and performance indicators.
• Facilitate planning review meetings with project management, engineering, procurement, construction, site teams, suppliers and clients.
• Support delay analysis, extension‑of‑time assessments, change management and claim preparation when required.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years of experience in project planning or scheduling for large infrastructure or rail projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven critical‑path analysis capability.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working in international, multi‑site environments.
