Search Quality Evaluator (Remote, Contract)

About the role

As a Search Quality Evaluator you will help shape the way AI‑driven search engines deliver information to millions of users. Working remotely on an hourly contract, you will assess the relevance, accuracy and usefulness of search results, AI‑generated answers and content recommendations, ensuring they meet user intent.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate search engine results against structured rubrics for relevance, accuracy and helpfulness.
• Rate AI‑generated answers and content recommendations, providing concise written explanations for each rating.
• Compare multiple results, rank them by quality, and identify gaps or errors.
• Complete batches of evaluation tasks independently, managing your own schedule and pace.
• Cover a wide variety of topics, from everyday queries to news, science, culture and more.

Required profile

• Comfortable navigating the web and using search engines.
• Ability to assess content relevance and quality objectively and consistently.
• Detail‑oriented with a systematic, methodical approach.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.
