Search Quality Evaluator (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are looking for detail‑oriented individuals to join our team as Search Quality Evaluators. In this fully remote, flexible contract position you will help shape how AI‑driven search engines deliver accurate and useful information to millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assess search engine results for relevance, accuracy and usefulness relative to the user’s intent.
• Rate AI‑generated answers and content recommendations using structured rubrics.
• Compare multiple results, rank them by quality and provide concise written explanations.
• Complete batches of evaluation tasks independently, managing your own schedule.
• Cover a broad spectrum of topics, from everyday queries to news, science and culture.

Required profile

• Comfortable navigating the web and using search engines.
• Ability to evaluate content objectively and consistently.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work independently.
• No prior technical, AI or professional research background required.
