Secondary Musicianship & Ensemble Instructor

About the role

Rabat American School is seeking a full‑time Secondary Musicianship & Ensemble Instructor to lead its high‑school music program. The teacher will inspire students through classroom instruction, ensemble rehearsals and performance opportunities, supporting the school’s mission of academic excellence and personal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess a comprehensive secondary music curriculum aligned with school standards.
• Teach instrumental techniques and musicianship concepts to diverse learners.
• Direct school ensembles, preparing students for concerts, assemblies and community events.
• Collaborate with existing music staff to expand performance programs.
• Maintain records, evaluate student progress and contribute to faculty meetings.
