Senior Contract Administrator - Construction Sector

About the Position

Pentabell is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join one of our key clients in the construction industry. This pivotal role is designed for a professional who excels in managing complex contractual frameworks, ensuring full compliance, and safeguarding project interests throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive analysis of client and subcontractor contracts, covering commercial, legal, and technical aspects.
• Proactively identify potential contractual risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Monitor contract execution closely and provide detailed progress reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage the preparation and administration of contract amendments, claims, and extensions of time (EOT).
• Draft professional correspondence for clients, subcontractors, and various external stakeholders.
• Act as a key liaison between project teams, engineering, procurement, and production departments to ensure seamless coordination.
• Contribute to the successful handover of projects by preparing all necessary final documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in contract management specifically within the construction sector.
• In-depth understanding of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and BOOT (Build-Own-Operate-Transfer) contract models.
• Strong familiarity with project finance principles and advanced risk management techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
