Senior Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our client’s team in Casablanca. The role involves collecting, cleaning and structuring large data sets, performing statistical analyses, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and structure databases.
• Conduct statistical analyses and interpret results.
• Design and automate dashboards and reporting tools.
• Identify trends, behaviours and key performance indicators.
• Produce syntheses and high‑value recommendations.
• Collaborate with study and operational teams to meet client needs.
• Participate in continuous improvement of data analysis tools and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Statistics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in quantitative data analysis.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of autonomy, rigor and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good command of French and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Statistical tools such as SPSS, R or Python.
• Data‑visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.
