Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

In a context of strong growth, we are reinforcing our engineering team and looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to build, scale and secure our cloud‑native platform. You will work at the heart of our AWS infrastructure with a strong focus on scalability, automation and resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain robust cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC…).
• Manage and optimise Kubernetes clusters (EKS) in production, ensuring reliability, security and cost control.
• Champion developer experience by building transparent GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform and promote an Infrastructure as Code culture.
• Embed security at every stage (DevSecOps), including workload hardening, secrets management and image scanning.
• Set up and maintain monitoring, logging and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
• Participate in incident management and drive continuous improvement with an SRE mindset.
• Collaborate with development teams to raise the collective DevOps maturity.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in Cloud or SRE environments.
• Strong command of AWS and Kubernetes (EKS), with deep knowledge of cluster workloads.
• Genuine security mindset focused on least‑privilege, zero‑trust and blast‑radius concepts.
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and a well‑established IaC culture.
• Ability to work autonomously, make technical decisions and defend them clearly.
• Collaborative attitude oriented toward continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in French or Arabic is a plus; strong technical English is required.
