Senior IT Recruitment & Business Development Specialist

About the role

Silitech Consulting is seeking a proactive Senior IT Recruitment & Business Development Specialist to drive new project opportunities for its engineering team while supporting the full recruitment lifecycle. You will act as a bridge between clients and candidates, helping to grow the business across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and present IT candidates to meet client needs.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, including interview preparation.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database with top talent.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities for consultants across Europe.
• Build relationships with potential clients to understand their requirements and match them with suitable talent.
• Drive business growth by actively sourcing and securing new projects for IT consultants.
• Foster long‑term client relationships and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Manage contracts, timesheets, and other administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment and business development strategies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5).
• Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong HR background with solid knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Experience in sales, business development, or recruitment is an asset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive, results‑driven approach.
• Experience with the Belgian market is a plus.
