Senior Java Backend Developer

Main Missions

• Design, develop, and maintain core Java systems, ranging from microservices to event-driven architectures.
• Build and optimize scalable APIs and microservices to ensure high throughput for millions of daily transactions.
• Write high-performance, thread-safe, and rigorously tested code to maintain system reliability.
• Integrate complex systems with message queues, distributed caches, and distributed databases.
• Participate actively in technical design, code reviews, and agile sprint planning.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and reliability issues to ensure seamless scalability.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in developing large-scale, high-concurrency backend systems.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance optimization and system reliability.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and contribute to technical decision-making.
• A proactive mindset for solving complex architectural challenges.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Java (8+ or 17+).
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or Micronaut frameworks.
• Deep understanding of concurrent programming and multi-threading.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices patterns and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
