Senior Operations Developer – FTTH & Mobile Projects

About the role

We are seeking a senior operations professional to own the delivery of fiber (FTTH) and mobile projects. Acting as the central coordination point between clients, internal teams, and operators, you will ensure projects are executed efficiently, meet commercial commitments, and drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor performance of FTTH and mobile deployments, aligning commercial, operational, and client expectations.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for clients and operators, leading meetings, follow‑ups, and project reviews.
• Organise project teams—including regional supervisors, project managers, and technical staff—defining clear roles and accountability.
• Implement and maintain governance frameworks, KPIs, reporting tools, and operational methodologies.
• Support tender and pre‑commercial phases with scope definition, feasibility analysis, and cost estimation.
• Plan resources, identify risks, prioritize tasks, and control delivery across multiple projects.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and standards for fiber and mobile roll‑outs.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide regular status, risk, and performance updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Solid experience coordinating or leading FTTH/fiber and mobile deployment projects.
• Background in project or operations management within telecom or infrastructure.
• Proven ability to interact directly with clients or operators and manage expectations.
• Exposure to tenders, commercial discussions, or pre‑sales support from an operational perspective.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including supervisors and technical staff.
• Good understanding of the fiber deployment lifecycle: design, civil works, rollout, acceptance, handover.
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of operations and business.
• Professional level of English.
