Senior Python Developer

About the role

AXA GBS Morocco is looking for a Senior Python Developer to design, develop and optimise software components for dynamic pricing models. You will lead the creation of robust, scalable frameworks and ensure high‑quality code through best‑practice engineering methods. The role combines technical leadership with close collaboration across cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Python‑based solutions for dynamic pricing and data‑science workloads.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerised deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Apply Test‑Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior‑Driven Development (BDD) to guarantee code quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous improvement within the team.

Required profile

• 5 + years of professional software development experience, preferably in data‑science or AI projects.
• Deep expertise in Python and solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns and modularity.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, solve complex technical challenges and communicate effectively.
