SEO/SEM Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. Working remotely, you will shape our search strategy, boost visibility on major search engines, and manage advertising budgets to achieve measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, expand keyword lists, and optimize on‑page elements such as meta tags, landing pages, and site structure.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, report, and analyze performance metrics using GA4, Google Search Console, and other tools.
• Monitor competitor advertising, keyword tactics, and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of current search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
