ServiceNow Developer

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team in Morocco. You will work on designing, debugging, and operating our partner ServiceNow instance while collaborating with multiple functional groups.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, design, debug and operate the partner ServiceNow platform.
• Provide end‑to‑end problem resolution and root‑cause analysis in partnership with business units, vendors and other teams.
• Continuously learn new technologies and drive innovative solutions.

Required profile

• University or college degree in engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

Required skills

• Strong scripting ability, especially JavaScript.
• Significant experience with Agile development, DevOps practices and Test‑Driven Design.
• Proficiency in unit testing, code review, continuous integration and continuous delivery.
