ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB Specialist

About the role

Inetum is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB Specialist to support and enhance its ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on aligning the platform with business goals, automating processes, and ensuring best‑practice implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and support for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow, especially ITOM modules, to integrate with existing processes.
• Develop automated workflows and scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL, ITOM, ITSM, and CMDB standards.
• Deliver training and guidance on ServiceNow CMDB architecture and mapping.
• Identify and recommend improvements to ServiceNow processes, enhancing functionality and user experience.
• Stay current with ServiceNow updates and apply best practices in the environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, development, and ITOM best practices.
• Experience working in an Infrastructure Services context.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Motivated and collaborative team player.
