Small Business Analyst (French) – Remote, $13/hr

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Small Business Analyst to work remotely on a 10‑week contract. You will help shape AI‑driven business tools by creating realistic prompts, interacting with multiple chatbots, and evaluating their outputs against defined quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create business‑focused prompts that align with user goals.
• Engage with up to five AI chatbot turns per conversation.
• Assess AI‑generated responses for clarity, usefulness, accuracy, and overall quality.
• Provide structured feedback and comparative evaluations across different chatbot outputs.
• Submit conversation transcripts and detailed evaluation results.
• Review AI‑generated content related to operations, customer interactions, marketing, and financial planning.

Required profile

• Experience as a small‑business owner or deep understanding of small‑business operations.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and evaluation abilities.
• Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines and quality standards.
• Comfortable using AI tools and technologies.
• Excellent written communication skills in French.
• Background in marketing, operations, market research, customer management, or financial planning is a plus.
