Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

PC Design, an international perfume house based in Tangier, is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Manager to shape and expand the digital presence of its fragrance brands. You will bring the scents to life online, engaging audiences across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce and schedule engaging visual content, photos, reels and short videos.
• Write compelling captions and copy in both English and French.
• Publish and schedule posts on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Grow and nurture the community by responding to comments and messages.
• Create and send newsletters and email campaigns.
• Monitor beauty and fragrance trends to keep the brands fresh.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and report results to management.

Required profile

• Strong creative eye with a passion for beauty, fragrance and storytelling.
• Excellent written communication in English and French.
• Organised, proactive and full of fresh ideas.
• Junior or experienced – talent and creativity are the key criteria.

Required skills

• Photo and video editing (e.g., CapCut, Canva).
• Experience creating Reels and TikTok videos.
• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook platforms.
