Software Engineer – Test Automation

About the role

Join Orange Business as a Software Engineer focused on test automation. You will work within a SAFe‑aligned project team, ensuring high‑quality software through automated testing and occasional developer support.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategies and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium and Postman.
• Perform functional, integration, and non‑regression testing.
• Identify, track, and analyse defects through to resolution.
• Support developers with debugging, small fixes, and validation activities.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and developers.
• Contribute to delivery readiness in a DevOps and Agile environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on test automation.
• Comfortable working in Agile (SAFe) environments and familiar with DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English.
