Software Integrator Engineer (AUTOSAR Adaptive)

About the role

As a Software Integrator Engineer you will join ALTEN's automotive projects to integrate software components into an AUTOSAR Adaptive platform. You will work closely with development teams to ensure new features are seamlessly incorporated while maintaining high quality and schedule commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate software modules into an existing AUTOSAR Adaptive system.
• Understand, verify, and improve CI/CD pipeline workflows.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate new functionalities and resolve integration issues.
• Analyse and troubleshoot integration problems, providing timely fixes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of integration processes and system configurations.
• Support release activities by packaging software elements for delivery.
• Evaluate new software stacks or configurators, conduct feasibility studies or proofs of concept.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in embedded systems or a related engineering field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in software integration for embedded systems.
• Familiarity with automotive standards such as IEEE 12207 and ASPICE/VDA QMC.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and adapt to changing project needs.

Required skills

• Embedded C and C++ programming.
• Python scripting.
• Experience with AUTOSAR Adaptive tooling (e.g., System Desk).
• CI/CD pipelines, flashing/debugging tools (Trace32).
• Version control with GitHub, build systems (Make/CMake).
• CANoe for communication testing.
