Software QA Engineer III

About the role

The Software QA Engineer III will ensure high‑quality software delivery by embedding automated testing throughout the development lifecycle. You will work closely with development teams to design, develop, and maintain test frameworks that provide continuous feedback on code quality, functionality, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test suites integrated with CI pipelines.
• Write and execute unit, component, API, and non‑UI tests (white‑box testing) to catch defects early.
• Conduct performance, load, security, and service‑virtualization testing.
• Collaborate with peers to embed quality practices such as TDD and BDD into the development process.
• Perform impact analysis and update regression test suites to support continuous testing.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for testability and code quality.

Required profile

• Strong background in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Experience participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze code, detect quality issues, and suggest improvements.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous quality and process enhancement.
