Software Tooling Engineer – Corporate

About the role

We are looking for a Software Tooling Engineer to design and build the internal tools that enable our operations to move faster and scale effectively. You will work on our internal data infrastructure and operational workflows, developing high‑impact tools that support teams across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop internal tooling and AI/LLM‑based agents used across teams.
• Build dashboards, visualisation tools, and workflow automations that accelerate day‑to‑day operations.
• Streamline key operational processes through tailored tools, connectors, and integrations with internal systems.
• Design and maintain lightweight backend services powering internal tools (APIs, data storage, metrics, logging) and contribute to cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish standards for code quality, testing, observability, and documentation to ensure robustness and reliability.

Required profile

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong software engineering experience with Python and hands‑on development of internal tools or workflow automations.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and internal software delivery processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from junior contributors to senior executives.
