Solution Delivery Manager (French & English Speaking)

About the role

As a Solution Delivery Manager you will bridge cutting‑edge biometric technology with real‑world implementations, helping partners and customers deploy solutions for elections, onboarding, passport issuance, border control and more. This senior individual‑contributor position focuses on technical consulting and end‑to‑end solution delivery without direct people‑management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Complete intensive training on the biometric SDKs, ABIS architecture and integration methods.
• Shadow live customer sessions to understand implementation challenges.
• Own client projects as the primary technical point of contact, troubleshooting integrations and optimizing performance.
• Develop data‑migration scripts, conduct quality analyses and deliver technical documentation.
• Provide training, knowledge‑transfer sessions and technical consultation to customers.
• Collaborate with R&D, product teams and professional services to improve tools and processes.
• Manage multiple implementations independently and act as a trusted technical advisor.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel internationally, especially to African countries.
• Professional fluency in French (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
• Independent, responsible work style with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to produce high‑quality outputs and presentations.

• SQL (multiple flavors).

• CI/CD pipelines.
• AWS or comparable cloud platforms.
