About the role

Join TELUS Digital’s international team in Casablanca as a Spanish‑speaking Customer Support Representative. You will assist online‑shop customers through email and chat, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑quality service to Spanish‑speaking customers.
• Respond to inquiries about orders, deliveries, and complaints via email and chat.
• Guide customers through the partner’s online shop and product features.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to relocate to Casablanca, Morocco, and start immediately.
• Comfortable using a personal computer and various internet applications.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Valid Moroccan work permit if relocating from another country.
• Previous call‑center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
