About the role
The Store Manager leads daily operations of a retail outlet, ensuring customers receive professional product demonstrations and high‑quality service. This role is pivotal for achieving sales targets while maintaining the brand image of Xiaomi.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide professional service demonstrations to customers.
- Identify customer needs and deliver high‑quality service to meet sales performance goals.
- Maintain store appearance, including visual displays and cleanliness, to uphold the Xiaomi brand image.
- Execute promotional activities and new‑product launch policies.
- Oversee store orders, sales reporting, and inventory management.
Required profile
- Ability to work under pressure with enthusiasm, empathy, and a service‑mindset.
- Retail experience preferred in clothing, fast‑moving consumer goods, or mobile‑phone brands.
- Fluent communication skills in English and French.
