Storekeeper – Aviation Inventory Management

About the role

We are looking for a Storekeeper to manage Air Arabia’s inventory of tools, equipment and spare parts used in aircraft maintenance. The role ensures that all items are received, stored, and released in line with company policies and aviation regulations, supporting both Air Arabia and third‑party operators.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels for daily demanded items such as toolboxes, kits, wheels, batteries and oils, ensuring timely availability for maintenance tasks.
• Conduct daily inspections of storage areas, monitoring temperature, humidity, safety and hazard conditions.
• Allocate tools and parts according to instructions from the line manager or AOG desk and update the inventory system accordingly.
• Issue toolboxes, kits and spare parts based on maintenance plans and ensure all equipment remains serviceable.
• Record all movements in the AMOS system, track shelf life, calibration and hand‑over logs, and return unused parts to stock.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in a related field; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1‑2 years of inventory or store management experience in the aviation industry, preferably with a low‑cost carrier.
• Valid driving licence for the location and fluency in English.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and handle physical tasks such as moving heavy equipment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using inventory management software (e.g., AMOS).
• Knowledge of IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (training).
