Storekeeper – Pharmaceutical Warehouse

About the role

We are looking for a Storekeeper to manage inventory and inbound flow operations within our Distribution Center, ensuring full compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company standards. The role supports continuous improvement of logistics processes, productivity and warehouse space utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP, guaranteeing traceability of finished goods.
• Supervise receipt, storage and dispatch of finished products in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Verify documentation for imported products, including delivery notes, certificates and purchase orders.
• Participate in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual physical and system inventory activities.
• Oversee cold‑room operations, monitor temperature records and apply FEFO product rotation.
• Record product returns, prepare destruction documentation and maintain full traceability.
• Assist with labeling, repackaging and order preparation for shipment.
• Contribute to logistics cost reduction, storage space optimisation and improved warehouse utilisation.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs related to inventory accuracy, stock turnover and operational quality.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Quality, Planning and Transportation teams to ensure smooth, on‑time operations.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/Bac+3) in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and accuracy.
• Team‑oriented with effective communication abilities.
• Proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in WMS and SAP WM (or SAP S/4HANA).
• Good knowledge of GDP and GMP requirements.
• Familiarity with Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
