Stores & Inventory Supervisor

About the role

The Stores & Inventory Supervisor is responsible for managing the storage and control of aircraft parts, tools and equipment to ensure timely availability for Air Arabia's fleet and third‑party aircraft. The role focuses on safety, efficiency and compliance with DAC regulations and company quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily stores and inventory activities, ensuring documentation and recording per Air Arabia policies.
• Maintain inspection systems for shelf life, tool calibration, temperature and humidity control, and provide 24/7 coverage of store functions.
• Partner with Engineering and Maintenance to guarantee the availability of manpower, facilities, components and spare parts for planned and unplanned work.
• Monitor stock levels of high‑demand items (e.g., wheels, batteries, oils) and manage allocation of the team to meet operational targets.
• Support audit processes, budget planning and cost‑effective expenditure management for stores and inventory operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration, Accounting or related field (or equivalent diploma with experience).
• 5+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in airline maintenance stores and 2 years leading a stores/inventory team.
• Working knowledge of DAC aircraft maintenance rules and regulations.
• Proven ability to design, implement and monitor policies, procedures and operating manuals.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
