About the role

The Strategic Researcher will deliver data‑driven insights for the game business, using both quantitative and qualitative methods. You will turn research findings into actionable strategies that address key stakeholder challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end qualitative and quantitative research projects, from design to reporting.
• Conduct comprehensive competitor analyses and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Translate research outcomes into business insights, strategic initiatives, and data‑driven recommendations.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations that synthesize complex data for stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, identify growth opportunities, and assess competitive threats.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from a reputable university (business‑related fields preferred; engineering advantageous).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a research agency with strong quantitative and qualitative expertise.
• Excellent logical, analytical, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Proven report‑building and presentation skills.
• Strong project‑management capability with minimal supervision.
• Fluent written and oral communication in Arabic and English.
• Passionate about games and knowledgeable about the Moroccan gaming industry.
