Supply Analyst

About the role

As a member of the Materials team at our Kenitra plant, you will ensure that purchased parts arrive on time for production while keeping inventory levels low. You will provide accurate data analysis and planning to support replenishment and avoid line stoppages.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze MRP data and review material requirements.
• Schedule orders with suppliers according to production timetables.
• Confirm order receipt from all suppliers and coordinate deliveries with 3PL partners.
• Track material flow from receipt to the production line, ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Identify critical items, conduct deep analysis for BOM errors, missing requisitions, or new project demands, and arrange special shipments as needed.
• Apply early‑warning procedures to charge suppliers for line stoppages.
• Collaborate daily with the planning team, flagging shortage risks and supporting corrective actions.
• Work with inventory management to improve stock accuracy, perform root‑cause analysis of discrepancies, and close over‑shipments within 48 hours.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field (Bac+5).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑tempo environment and interact across the organization.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
