About the role
The Supply Chain Assistant will support import and logistics operations on an interim basis. This entry‑level position ensures accurate documentation, tracks shipments, coordinates customs procedures, and helps deliver goods on time while maintaining efficiency and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and verify import documentation and customs paperwork.
- Monitor shipment status and update tracking systems.
- Coordinate with carriers, customs agents, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Assist in scheduling deliveries and ensuring timely receipt of goods.
- Maintain records and support operational reporting.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in logistics, import/export, or supply chain.
- Basic understanding of importation and customs documentation.
- Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in French and good command of English.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
