Supply Planning Manager

About the role

The Supply Planning Manager is responsible for maintaining capacity and production schedules to ensure efficient delivery of inventory while meeting service and cost objectives. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to support new product launches and resolve critical inventory shortages.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain capacity plans, production and finite schedules for assigned product groups.
• Provide supply planning expertise for new product commercialization and inventory shortage resolution.
• Coordinate activities that affect product supply, communicating with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and other internal stakeholders.
• Manage finished‑goods, raw material and packaging inventories to meet financial targets and initiate salvage or disposal actions as needed.
• Participate in departmental and company initiatives such as seasonal consensus teams, new‑product introductions, cost‑optimization projects and process improvements.
• Initiate product listing, delisting or withdrawal in collaboration with Marketing.
• Respond swiftly to high‑priority customer escalations and own the resolution process.
• Lead monthly supply meetings with the Operations Leadership Team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply planning, production scheduling and inventory management.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate supply‑related information.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on meeting financial and service targets.
• Leadership skills to drive meetings and initiatives.
