Team Lead – Operations (Rabat‑Salé)

About the role

The technology company is seeking a full‑time Team Lead to manage day‑to‑day activities of a designated team in Rabat‑Salé, Morocco. The position works on a fixed EST timezone shift, is on‑site, and reports to management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily team activities, set clear priorities and coordinate workloads to meet operational and project goals.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide regular feedback and drive continuous improvement in processes and service quality.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members while facilitating collaboration across departments.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, prepare management reports and resolve escalated issues.
• Contribute to planning and implementation of initiatives that enhance productivity and employee engagement.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a people‑management or supervisory role with a proven track record of leading and mentoring.
• Strong organizational, planning and performance‑management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making focus, comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work on‑site in Rabat‑Salé during core business hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, business or equivalent experience preferred.
