Technical Project Manager – Solutions & Integration

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead local and regional integrations with telecom operators and merchants for a global mobile‑payment leader. The role acts as the primary technical interface, coordinating implementations, validating APIs and ensuring successful deployment of payment and digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead local and regional integrations with telecom operators and merchants.
• Validate payment flows and API endpoints such as charging, cancellation, and invoicing.
• Coordinate technical setups including VPN, IP whitelisting, and SMPP configurations.
• Prepare and execute testbooks with internal teams and external partners, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform technical troubleshooting by analyzing logs, API responses and test results, and drive corrective actions.
• Draft, maintain and share clear technical documentation, starter kits and flow diagrams.
• Centralize documentation in tools like Jira and SharePoint and keep it regularly updated.
• Track progress, communicate blockers clearly and work closely with business, technical and product teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical roles (development, network, telecom) followed by project management experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate autonomously with external partners.
• Proven ability to build trust, overcome cultural barriers and intervene physically or by phone when needed.
• Capability to read and interpret technical documentation.

Required skills

• API testing and debugging tools: Postman, Swagger.
• Understanding of REST APIs and JSON data formats.
• Network and telecom setup knowledge: VPN, IP whitelisting, SMPP.
• Documentation and collaboration tools: Jira, SharePoint.
• Log analysis and troubleshooting techniques.
