Technical Sales Representative – Agadir, Morocco

About the role

Syngenta is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Representative to join its team in Agadir-Ida-Outanane, Morocco. In this position you will act as the bridge between innovative agricultural solutions and customers, combining sales expertise with deep product knowledge to drive growth and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain strategic relationships with existing and prospective customers through field visits, sales calls, and virtual consultations.
• Deliver comprehensive product information and technical expertise, demonstrating how solutions address real‑world farming challenges.
• Develop and execute annual trial and demonstration plans to showcase new products aligned with customer needs.
• Provide innovative technical solutions to complex customer challenges while coordinating with internal product and technical teams.
• Develop and implement sales action plans to achieve annual targets, revenue goals, and margin objectives, maintaining detailed records and forecasts.
• Spend approximately 70% of time on field‑based activities within the assigned territory, building relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product specialists, engineers, and customer success, to ensure seamless experiences.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
