Technical Sales Representative – Vegetable Seeds

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team and contribute to the development of our vegetable seed business in the Souss-Massa region.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and generate sales of vegetable seed varieties.
• Manage sales programs from initiation to completion.
• Actively manage customer receivables and handle complaints.
• Provide strategic information on varieties, market developments, customers and competitors.
• Generate sales forecasts and participate in events and brand promotional activities.
• Provide technical advice, identify new sales opportunities and negotiate contracts.
• Organize trials of new varieties, evaluate them and give feedback.
• Manage the variety portfolio and support customer loyalty and acquisition.

Required profile

• Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Technical Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the vegetable seed sector.
• Good knowledge of vegetable crops.
• Commercial profile with strong organizational and customer‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Native‑level French and good English proficiency.
