About the role
Arrow ECS, a Fortune 500 technology company, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide first‑ and second‑line assistance to global customers. You will work primarily with Broadcom technologies, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 1st & 2nd line technical support via email and telephone for global customers.
- Resolve escalated incidents and replicate customer configurations to diagnose errors.
- Manage simultaneous high‑profile, high‑priority issues.
- Participate in training and accreditation for selected products.
- Host remote support sessions with customers and vendors.
- Document all activities accurately in the support tracking system.
Required profile
- Strong passion for networking, security, and Linux.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven experience in a busy technical support environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technical demands.
- Team player who can also work independently.
