About the role
We are looking for French‑speaking call centre agents to join a Canadian project based in Fès. The position involves handling inbound and outbound calls during an evening shift, providing customer support and promoting services.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place calls in a professional manner during the 14:00‑23:00 shift.
- Provide accurate information, resolve customer inquiries, and record interactions.
- Achieve sales or service targets while maintaining high quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily call volume and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Strong command of French (both spoken and written).
- Motivation to work in a call‑centre environment; beginners are welcome.
- Previous experience in a call centre is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work 8 hours per day on the specified schedule.
